A struggling with getting my cellphone number updated

I'm trying to update my cellphone number, I lost my SIM card and I'm struggling to recover my cellphone number so I decided to update it with a new cellphone number but Hollywoodbets is giving me hard times.

I'm explaining to them that their process of updating my cellphone number is not helping as it is sending the SMSs with OTPs to my old lost number, that I'm trying to update, which make things impossible for me.

My new cellphone number is *** and it is the one that I wanna use on my Hollywoodbets account.

Spoke to 2 consultants by the names Feziwe H and Noxolo J. They both failed to assist even after I gave my best explanation.
