A DISCRIMINATING SYSTEM, SHOCKING SERVICE DELIVERY AND THEN SOME....

So after writing a review last week, with numerous calls, Hollywood Bets cannot Fica me. I was told today, that I need to go to Home Affairs and get a temporary ID. So I must take leave, stand in a queue all day just to get a temp which they cannot guarantee can be Fica'd either. Is this just the most useless answer ever?? I then realised why the reviews are in the RED, because after giving it some serious thought, this is how people are not able to get their winnings, because their system randomly selects who shall be fica'd and who shan't. Good way of securing funds from poor unsuspecting consumers, because they will never be able to withdraw their winnings. Shame on you Hollywood Bets. You were very clever in designing a system like this, or very stupid, I am not sure yet which. So all those new Hollywood Bets consumers wanting to sign up, ensure you are Fica compliant before you make your first deposit because God help you if you win big, you will never see a cent of your winnings.
