A complain against Hollywoodbets

HelloPeter I am Bongane. I hope you are doing well. I have a complain against Hollywoodbets, Last week Thursday i played 2 numbers on Teatime, and i won R300, on Friday 22th of July, i required for the reference number for cash withdrawal, it took about 3 hours for them to send the reference number, and then it was late, on Saturday afternoon when i went to ABSA ATM at Cosmo Mall, the machine displayed "the money has been redeemed", i call their customer care line, a woman assisted me, and she said "truly, it shows that the money was collected" but she didn't say where, i asked her to make a plan, she said that she would ask them to reverse it to my Hollywood account, that i should wait for 3 to 4 hours, but then i had no feedback. On Sunday, i called them around 1pm, the lady who assisted me said that she already sent my issue to the big offices, that they would call me within 2 to 3 hours, but there was no response, Later on i called them again, and the lady who assisted me said that i should go to ABSA to get the full information, Yesterday when i went there, they said they can't help me because they don't have Hollywoodbets account, only hollywoodbets can track and make a research and give me the right answer...but then they said that if they don't give you a feedback then try HelloPeter, therefore i am here asking for help. But the lady who assisted me lastly at hollywoodbets said that my issue wasn't the first one, that two months ago someone called her and placed the very same issue. Please help me.
