A bit suspicious
Not a complaint but just thought I will share my personal opinion. I’m really starting to think that the promo’s, virtual games, betgames, etc are rigged and potentially a ****. “Coincidentally” when a bet is not accepted due to time out, it’s turns out to be a winning hand, similarly you kicked out of site and have to re login only to see you missed a winning bet that you were regularly betting, hmm. Also the promos, like the betgames promo in April, win a polo, vouchers etc, been playing pretty much everyday, even though I don’t expect to win, but when the promo is done, you would think they would congratulate or advertise the promo end based on how much they were pushing it during. Just a bit suspicious.... Think now that lock down in force and no real sports betting, these games are rigged to make some money, just some food for thought

There is no rigging or ****! This may be the reason you were “kicked out of site”. An alternate cause may be that there was a network issue in your area, that would be completely out of our control. The Hollywoodbets promo for Betgames was open to all punters and many thousands participated. There can only be one winner of the Polo and that was Sabashnee Pillay from KZN. Bogopa Motsileng from Limpopo won R20 000 and Johnson Mogale from Mpumalanga won R10 000. All of this was extensively promoted on all the social media platforms. We hope that this response gives you peace of mind, and provides a better understanding of our products and promotions.
