That is not the issue I am disputing.The issue is the RESULT associated with that draw.Your Hollywoodbets results page displayed the 20:30 result as:17, 6, 34, 18, 16However, the result for the 20:30 Gosloto draw was:16, 15, 20, 9, 14The numbers 17, 6, 34, 18, 16 correspond to the earlier draw.This is particularly important because my ticket selected 15 and 20, and both 15 and 20 appear in the actual 20:30 result.Your email instructs me to check My Bets to determine which draw my ticket was settled against. I am asking Hollywoodbets to do that investigation and provide me with the information directly.Please provide:

1. The exact Gosloto draw number/ID against which ticket *** was settled.
2. The official draw date and time associated with that draw.
3. The exact winning numbers received by Hollywoodbets from its official result provider for that draw.
4. The timestamp at which Hollywoodbets received those results.
5. The timestamp at which those results were published on the Hollywoodbets results page.
6. An explanation of why 17, 6, 34, 18, 16 were displayed under the 20:30 draw if those numbers belong to the preceding draw.
7. Confirmation of whether my ticket was settled against the 20:30 draw or the preceding draw.

Please do not send me general instructions on how to view results or my bet history. I have already identified the discrepancy and have provided the ticket number.This is a formal dispute concerning the settlement of a wager.
