I placed 3 bets on Sunday 17/12/2023 , 2 of them lost and they were updated . 1 of them won and it was never updated , when I query it . I got told that there is a problem with the system when it comes to updating results , I guess your system is so advanced in that it only chooses to have a problem when it comes to resulting wining bets but works a charm when it comes to resulting losing bets. Even worse , the problem was picked up on Sunday and today it is Monday yet there is no communication sent out to your client to notify them of your advanced system that only chooses to have a problem on wining bets only. You guys are becoming more than a **** , words haven't been invented as yet to describe your pathetic service
