58k lost due to blocked account

I've deposited big amounts from different bank accounts all in my name, I cash out using 1 account for withdrawals, I cashed out 21k on Monday, the same evening I cash out 58k and they blocked my account. I call everyday then all I hear is it's been escalated to auditing but everyday they say I must send this document and that document but I sent everything on Monday and they confirmed that it was received. How can it be *****ulent activities if everything is in my name and I've sent proof of it. I don't think I'll be getting my winnings from them unfortunately and I've deposited all my money..

Please don't be sorry to hear and please don't escalate my comain because somehow you will find a reason not to pay me out and that's totally unfair... I had plans for my family with my winnings now I'm a looser.... May God bless you all
