I am posting this to warn others and demand a resolution. Since April 13, 2026, Hollywoodbets has failed to resolve a clear R314.00 discrepancy on my account. Despite spending 135 minutes on the phone and having 5 different ticket numbers assigned to this, I am still being ignored.

The Facts: April 13: I withdrew R1500. My balance should have been R546.25. The Discrepancy: Upon logging back in, my balance was only R232.25. R314.00 simply vanished.

The Proof: I have a spin-by-spin breakdown of the R232.25 session I played after this occurred, proving the missing money was never used. I have the withdrawal confirmation email and call recordings promising a 4-hour resolution. It has now been 24 days.
