5 days waiting for cash send withdrawal

I requested a withdrawal via absa cash send and I am still waiting for my money it’s been 5 days. The live chat is terrible and you wait forever with no response. I have Sent them E-mails and still no money. This is not what they advertise on there website and very inconvenient.
