2700 withdrawal still outstanding pathetic service from Hollywoodbets

Kindly be advised that a withdrawal was done for R2700 on 31 March 2023 at 0h04 and to date no response from Hollywoodbets even after going into the branch at Springfield where the manager indicated that he will escalate the matter and will call mr back no such luck. I have made numerous calls to their ***. I even got a reference number to say that the matter will be escalated and the voucher number and pin will be sent through nothing received. I even called now was on the phone for 25 minutes at my own cost and while confirming my details the call was dropped. They did not even bother returning my call so as I wrote this review I am on the phone for approximately 16 minutes I am caller number 32 and there are 76 callers to speak to a representative. I have even sent more than 5 emails with no response at all. Hollywoodbets don’t care about their clients anymore. Very pathetic service
