26 August Withdrawal still not Paid!

I did a R100 withdrawal on 26 August which still hasn't been paid. When you try and get support from live chat, your hold time is 4600secs etc, the one time I was told 278sec but was still waiting 30min later. It's absolutely ridiculous that you keep running promotions and sending marketing mails, taking deposits etc but you can't honour your responsibility and have no support. Time and time again hollywoodbets clearly demonstrates their lack of integrity and client service. Very poor offering and is not recommeded in comparison to their competitors
