23,days later query not resolved! Poor customer services

Poor customer service, I've logged a complaint on the 9th of July regarding aviator game. I put a R100 bet and cashed out at 25 (R2500) the plane flew higher than 57 and it was stage time out. It wasn't only me who had faced this i screenshot that and sent it through

The second incident happened i sent proof of cash out ticket numbers they said they had no problems ob their side yet proof was sent

Thaban said to me that the manager is working on my account last week Thursday, since there's no bet history on the 9th no ticket numbers at all

Till date its been 23 days going in circles and nothings being resolved i wasted over R300 on just calls they say the matter has been escalated yet nothing is being done

Today i called and asked to speak to Shahnaaz the manager or Julian as Thaban said i should speak to higher management they refuse to put my calls through

When you call Hollywoodbets they are actually busy laughing whilst you the client is holding on nothing ever gets resolved just been pushed with promises they will give feedback and the account is being worked on

For 23 days it never takes 23 days for an account to be worked on

This is absolutely poor customer services, i send emails they respond with ticket numbers yet there's absolutely nothing resolved 23 days later

Hollywoodbets has been given sufficient proof and me as the client i don't need to be looking for ticket numbers "which are not even there" proof is sent yet they turn on a blind eye. And just say no fault on their side!

R2500 + R1700 gone! I guess Hollywoodbets now just take away peoples winnings and make them chase after their winnings

I was promised the manager will call me back thaban said he would leave a message and send it out on a group yet till now no one has called me
