22 days and still nothing they respond on hello peter but thats it. They will not come in contact

So after 22 days with **** promises and escalating my query still no funds were allocated to my account. Supervispr Thembela Mbonambi does not respond to her emails the call centre cannot help me neither can the online chat. I will have to say goodbye to that money. I have wasted mpre than 400 wprth of airtime trying to speak to someone that will help me. Wait 24 to 48 hours is the only solution you will get. They do not care about their customers. This is pathetic
