2 months now that Hollywoodbets has closed my account been calling spending more on calls, emails going to the branch sent everything they want

2 months now that Hollywoodbets has closed my account been calling spending more on calls, emails going to the branch sent everything they want. I've been told the account is under investigation but the whole 2months really doesn't make sense, agents keep giving different information promising after 48 hours, I should call they will have a feedback but am not getting any feedback. Hollywoodbets has my 50k doesn't want to pay back my money. No communication and straight answer.
