2 DEPOSITS NOT REFLECTING

very disappointed with the service i got from hollywood, today i made a deposit into my Hollywood account using their ownpay debit card, it was around 10:28, normally it reflects immediately, today it never reflected, i then used in app chat with their agent who asked proof of payment, i couldn't get the proof of payment in my banking app because I didnt make a deposit direct from the app, all I can get is the screenshot, so my R50 deposit just disappeared like that, i then made another deposit later same day, this time i made it through my banking app straight to their nedbank app, it was pay and clear now, the very same thing happened, my money was not reflecting, but this time i have proof of payment, i spoke to their agent through their in app chat, he requested proof of payment which i provided, still no money in my account, was told to wait 48 hours, Hollywood where is my money? my 2 deposits from 2 different methods has disappeared, i contacted my bank and they confirmed that the deposits were through, i had so much trust in Hollywood bets, i dropped supabets for it,,,i didn't know that i would be ****med daylight,,,,i want my money
