Worst company and these people are ****** my aunt loaded a R50 voucher which was never allocated since last year December and all they ever do is escalated the matter to another department which escalates an escalation to another escalation . Loaded over R1000 and never have i won anything this guys need to be reviewed by gambling board

30 Aug 2024, 11:05So today the ****mers rep**** to tell my aunt rudely that her voucher that she bought on 18 December was redeemed 27 December after giving us the run around and won't refund us because this is facts and must open case of theft for prosecutor to call and give the name of the individual who stole our voucher. People stay away from these ****** we have accepted we won't ever get help here and to any1 wanting to join hollywoodbets do so at your own risk emphasis on risk
