11 February 2023 R700 Winning still Unpaid

I made a R700 withdrawal at Isipingo Branch on the 11th of February, did not receive my winnings , their system still shows "Pending Withdrawal" to this date, Ive called and visited the branch countless times no one is able to resolve this. Ive been promised a callback even yesterday I was at the Isipingo branch, a lady by the name Hlengiwe who works at the Call Centre promised me a callback on my number yesterday and im still waiting . Trully dissappointed and disgusted by the less than poor customer service
