10 days later no money received, I feel ****med

I withdrew Absa cash send R500 on the 25th of November, its been 10 days now, no voucher number received, called so many times, I even asked for the money to be reversed. Every one I spoke to promised it will be done in 24 hours. Its been 10 days, I am tired, I don't know what to do anymore, Hollywood bets is blaming Absa, I don't believe the bank can hold people's monies this long. Can I please have my money.
