10 DAYS AND WITHDRAWAL STILL NOT RECEIVED!!

I've been playing at hollywoodbets for sometime now and had no complaints whatsoever, their service was impeccable. Until I made a withdrawal of a lousy R200 on the 19th October 2021 at exactly 18:31, i messaged them at around 11 just asking as to whether it has been processed already, and the consultant assured me that it has already been processed.

It is now 10 days since i made the withdrawal and it has not reflected into my account at all, i have sent several emails and received no response. I spoke to a consultant via live chat and they insist that it has been paid out but they cannot advise me as to which account number it was paid to.

They want me to provide them with a stamped bank statement, which means i have have to wait for my next statement run, which is exactly a month from the withdrawal date.

I've been a loyal customer and to be treated with such absolute poor and ********* service is completely beyond me. They will lose a loyal customer, if they are unable to resolve the issue at hand.
