1 week unpaid withdrawal

Hollywoodbets refuses to pay me my withdrawal that I made on the 23th May 2026. I used their Nedbank cash send withdralwal option to withdraw but until today 29 may 2026 my withdrawal has still not been paid.

I tried to contact their support but is useless.I emailed many times but they keep saying they will escalate it further.I am honestly tired of begging for my money from hollywoodbets. All I want is my money to be reversed back to my account or just pay my money
