1 month later still awaiting a Cash Send.

Im the 13th of December i did a Cash Send for a sum of R200, i did not receive it in 48hrs a week went by then i called, in spoke to a consultant i was advised that i they having a problem an issue will be resolved, i called in 2 weeks later spoke to another consultant said i must wait for further 48 hours, i waited a week called. In again this time i requested for the money to be refunded into my Hollywood bets account, they lady advised me an email was sent to withdrawl team and monwy will be credited within 48 hours today is 13 th its now one month later im still waiting for the 200 either to be credited into. My Hollywood bets account or to be paid out. Its sad because i love playing online in Hollywood and its first time i have had. This issue, all the time, calls airtime be 52nd in queue waiting to speak to a consultant i dont think its fair.
