0 customer care and not trustworthy!

I made a withdrawal using cashsend from ABSA on 04/03/2023 and until now I haven't got my sms voucher. I have been trying to enquire but nobody seems to care. I called more than 3 times and having to wait for more than 15 minutes on the line and each time I get closer the call cuts. Their live chat is the worst! Nobody assisted me on that platform to this day! They give you an option to leave your number for a call back and they never call back.
