Horrible wifi!
Your wifi used to he so good. Lately is been the worst thing I have ever experienced! Outages every couple of hours. It has become so ****ty its unusable at this point. DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Get another provider instead. As they dont seem to care, none whatsoever. And yet when billing time comes they are on your case with constant reminders and yet fail to provide a STABLE INTERNET CONNECTION!!!!!!

Games are riged , all code
Games a riged , don't matter how much you play chances of winning or actually getting free spins are 0...... all coding here ain't no one gonna win unless you spending 1000s plus... # just the way I feel won't be supporting any longer

Poor fibre service
The fibre service received from Hollywood Connect is very poor. They are lucky to even get a one star rating. Their customer service response rate is good , BUT fibre service that we pay for is extremely poor. They DO NOT offer TRUE fibre. Fibre speeds fluctuate through the day from below 10mbps to over 100mbps . I am paying for 100mbps line. The line dropped and we had no service of up to 50hrs. It happened now for more than 4 occasions, and they still charge the full monthly service. They blame the infrastructure
