Your funeral cover ****s me.

<p>I received a call on the 19 May at 09:17 it lasted 32min 25sec. At the end of the call, I had given all my banking details and my debit order was set to deduct R198/9 for funeral cover for 3. I was told I would be receiving documents so I could read through the cover again. Now my debit order is set to deduct on the 25th May and I have yet to receive any further documentation. I received an SMS on the 22nd May at 17:58 PM letting me know my documents are on the way, yet nothing. Even more concerning is another SMS was sent on 23 May letting me know the changes I've made to my address have been completed. I have made no changed, I have not received any documents to check details to make any needed change. I'm meant to give 20 days notice in writing of any cancellation but what happens when the policy documents have not been received and when I joined with less than 20 days to go before the first deduction? It seems that you were on me like white on rice calling several times to ensure I join and now I'm simply left to pay for something I have no paperwork of. This cover should be canceled and no deductions to be made since I haven't received any documents and I do not have 20 days to cancel. If I had an entire month before the d/o then sure deduct, but since the 19th May - 25th May there are not enough days in between to ensure I'm able to cancel the d/o. Perhaps if I had received my documents "Overnight" like your agent said then I would not be upset. I told him that's great I'll be working a night shift so I'll be able to read it, nog steeds niks. </p>
