Wrong date on my cancellation letter

I am so disappointed with Hollard insurance policy I have cancelled my policy yesterday.they even sent me sms to show that I have cancelled on the 30/09/2025.i was told that I won't receive it same day,I have to call them today to that they can sent it but the date will still be the 30 on the letter.the consultant with this *** it this morning that the date it's the 30!!I'm surprised when I checked my email the date is today01/10/2025 !! please do the right thing because I didn't cancel today.and sent me the letter with the correct date.
