WORST SERVICE EVER

Monday we went to Hollard Insurance branch in Randfontein to submit funeral claim with all documents requested and we advised it take- 24-48 hours for money to be paid and today when we call call centre they say claim was only submitted yesterday and it will take 48 hours. Claim has not been approved. The funeral is tomorrow.

Hollard doesnt care about their client because we are grieving as a family and now we have to also deal with Hollard ***********.
