So my phone was ****** while charging and i have been paying insurance for the past 11months without fail, and when i claimed its rejected basis on "LOSS OF PREVENTION" so when one charges a phone you must guard it with your life and search each and everyone that comes in and out of the house, WHAT IS INSURANCE FOR ???????????????????????? AFTER LOSING SO MUCH MONEY TO HOLLARD AND THEY TELL ME THIS *******, SINCE YOU DONT WANA PAY OUT THEN JUST RETURN MY PREMIUMS SO I CAN GET MYSELF A PHONE AND WE PART WAYS
