Worst insurance, they just leave you hanging and ignore you

This is by far the worst insurance. I've been trying to get my claim process started since the beginning of march. We are in May already and still nothing...everytime when i call them, the agents just ask for my details and tell me that someone will contact me in the next 48hours, but still till today, no one has ever called back. I've been paying them for the past 5 years and this is the first time i wanted to claim, but seems like they are just ignoring me now after i've tried many times to put in my claim.
