Worst Insurance Company ever

Regent Insurance Company is the worst ever..Their customer service sucks.They dont reply to emails and they always tell you to send an email of what you require or your complaint and you have to call them endless times they will give you a tome frame and not stick to it.

I cancelled my policy with Regents/Hollard and still my account was debited and I was told to send a Bank Statement for a refund.When i call in,im sent from pillar to post and no one knowa anything about my refund...I want my money back.
