Worst insurance company ever

<p>My whole family has a lot of funeral policies with Hollard but whenever we claim there is always a story, last year December my aunt was paid her claim after 6 weeks after they tried every excuse in the book not to pay her...now my mother is experiencing the same thing, they keep on saying her policy has lapsed after paying for 5 years...her question is why only one of about 6 policies that she has with Hollard has lapsed but when they debit her account they deduct one amount for all her policies not one by one....nobody is giving her any answers to her questions just promises to call her back for which they never do....I have cancelled my policies with them, they unreliable </p>
