Worst Insurance

Most pathetic insurance there is. I have a customer protection plan for my Edgar's account. On the 19th December I received as SMS saying claim payment will reflect in the next 24 hours and since then nothing. I constantly call an email but nobody gets back to me. My account is now handed over to debit collectors which is going to effect my credit record. I even lost a job opportunity due to this.
