Worst business ever, your a ****

Have a investment and funeral policy with hollard/regent. My investment has matured and I sent in a claim form with all the documents needed. Called in and it was confirmed that all documents are there. Have been waiting for my payout eversince. When I call I have been sent from pillar to post. They just don't care. I am going to cancel my funeral policy also. You people are ****s Shame. Have been deducting from my persal for years now it's 5 years later and time fory pay out and you people are giving me stories. Worse business ever
