Worst Assessor

I have been with Hollard since I was a baby, my entire family has been with Hollard, from funeral policies, car insurance, household insurance but I have never dealt with such an arrogant and pathetic person like Bradley Naidoo, the worst assessor ever, he is rude and biased and takes one side of the story, did not give me an opportunity to hear my side he shut me out and gave me a take it or leave it solution because I thumb sucked everything I claimed as a complaint, did not give me any explanation to my complaint but concluded on the decision he had taken, when I asked him to listen to what I had to say I asked him to send me a report and he said he will send it when he is done with the investigation, what investigation that needs to be done when a decision has already been made? He said he is prepared to take this matter to court, when I told him I am and would like a report, he denied saying that and then I told him is is on my device recording app, he said I cannot use it against him in the court of law because he knows what he said and how he spoke to me. I will be cancelling all policies and insurances that my family has with Hollard because we do not want to ever deal with people like Bradley Naidoo that treat people like he donates the premiums paid towards their premiums. His work ethic as an assessor is appalling.
