Worse retrenchment policy company ever

i have submitted a retrenchment claim in the beginning of the year. But have been struggling to get it processed. i send the documents they ask for, then it is the wrong documents, then i wait. then when i call they give the same excuse every time. struggling to get hold of employer or waiting for answer from employer. this is getting to much. i am still paying my vehicle every month but have to borrow money to pay it. so what now. thursday i received an sms that said approved, but when i contacted them they said it has not been approved yet, they are still waiting for documents from the employer........
