Worse phone claim service

My cellphone is insured with Hollard/finite... I have claimed and it's been a month since I put the claim and everytime I follow up they promise I will get a call in 24hrs for a replacement phone. This is rediculous and I will never encourage anyone to take up anything with this company. They did the same thing the last time and the agent had an attitude when I asked about the delay... Worse service ever... I'm canceling the stupid policy after this.. I had to buy another phone as I couldn't wait forever
