Will never take out a policy from Hollard

I have been dealing with Bongani Mthembu from hollard complaints regarding 2 policies my dad has been trying to claim from. i have sent him about 4 emails and he has not responded to even one. the best part of it is that he is from the complaints team yet doesnt care about customers complaints. the reason im putting this here is to make it knows to potential customers, when you deal with unexpected death in a family, the last thing you need is hassles from the insurance companies. my mum passed on in June, its now October and her policies still have not been paid out. do your homework before you sign up with insurance companies as this is not what you need when you expect a payout. companies are quick to debit you but delay when its time to pay out. This is what we have been dealing with from Hollard.
