why do we have these if they dont want to pay
I will never in my life take a retrenchment policy again.my husband has been retrenched and now that we want to claim they tell us we have to wait 3 months!!!!how must we pay if he is unemployed.what is the purpose of this policy if there is a issue to claim. That is why we took a policy for instances like these.my forms were sentbin early so we could get the paper work in order un time so that it could be paid while my husband is looking for a job.we sent through all the paperwork that they required. We also paid the policy on time every month and they never had to wait for a payment. If this is the case then they can pay me back all my premiums i have paid thus far.
