Waiting nearly 6 months for a replacement cellphone!!!!!!!
I put in a claim for a phone in 30 July 2021. Up to today I have still not gotten my replacement phone. When j ask Hollard what is going on they said I need to wait for the supplier of the replacement phone to call me to arrange a new phone as they handle it now seeing that the claim is approved. I am tired of begging and I am still paying premium I want my phone NOW NOW
