Waiting for Hollard to pay my Jet account protection plan for 8 months and counting
I wonder how long it takes for Hollard to pay for Jet Account Protection Plan. I last received a message from Hollard on the 10th of February 2020 saying they have received my Claim and they are working on it but till today they have paid a cent on my Jet account. I called and I held for more than 30 minutes till I dropped the call. I emailed and I didn't get any reply. If you are not going to pay on my behalf then at least return the amounts that I have paid to you for the past 6 years. This is very bad service.
