VERY, VERY BAD SERVICE.

Bad, bad service from hollard. I have submitted the papers on time, and I was called by their call center agent to confirm that they did receive the documents the funeral have passed and I haven't received the claim money for my grandfather. When you contact them they tell you they have backlogs of claims. They are always in a hurry to sell us insurance and the account is being debited on time bt their service is poor. I will never recommend it to anyone.
