Very useless company

Ijooooh Hollard Life I cancelled my policy June then I asked for a refund, then July they debited again they refunded me money for June and July and I was told they have canceled my policy, come August they debited again, I called them and they told me to send my payslip I did that, few days after I called then I was told they still investigating, 18/09/2023 they debited again. Am wondering because my policy were canceled why are they still taking my money.

Now am taking this matter to my Lawyers, they will deal with them.
