To whom concerned <br> <br> On the 18/02/2015 8:20 I got a missed from a land line number. <br> As I returned the call I got through to Hollard consultant( Buitumelo she said her name was) who was so rude, interrupted me whenever I was trying to say something.<br> she carried on talking then I later ask her to give me the opportunity to tell her why I called in and she told me \how about I shut up and she do the talking"<br> Then she just hung up the phone on me.<br> <br> Now for someone who called in to take up new policies with Hollard it really got me worried about the type of service I will or my family will get at the time of need.<br> <br> It really got me thinking if I should even consider insuring with Hollard.
