Very disappointed for a claim that was rejected
Yhoooo I'm so disappointed with this company, i registered a claim because my house was broken into and the things i kept in my flat were ****** and the was no one who was staying at the house because i was going through divorce... I gave them all the necessary documents only for them to tell me that they can't pay me because no one was staying in the house... Yerrr i am disappointed in this company shame...

16 Aug 2022, 20:40Ay I'm still disappointed with the outcome... You don't show value for our money.. If I was divorcing how was i going to stay in the house... I kept my belongings in a flat inside the same yard that was locked... You are just causing more pain.. Now I'm dealing with divorce and you not being able to cover my lost furniture... I am soo disappointed... Your service is very poor... Something must be done.. We can't be paying you each an every month.. Then when it's time to cover you pay us with cheap little stories
