Very disappoint in their claims payout process
Very disappoint in their service. If you take out a policy from them, make sure you take another policy because they will never pay you in time. I took out a policy for my sister. She pass away, I send all the document Wednesday. I still have recieved the claim. I went to Limpompo and paid for the funeral out of my pocket including travelling cost.
