Very bad service

My mother's policy no ***, was for my grandmother Dimakatso Martha Mashiloane was supposed to pay R10,000 on her funeral but was told today that she wasbjnsued for R5000,since 2007 premiums were paid for us to only recieve 5000,very disappointed in hollard,.We are even considering cancelling all our policies and going somewhere, thanks for nothing Hollard,and I am going to make sure that I tell everyone I know not to consider hollard as a policy because it is a *******
