Very bad!!!

My dad ,and mom did not miss once on there policy while they were alive, they were promised from the insurance that the family will not suffer once my dad pass on. it's been 3months and I'm still at it. It is my second review on helo Peter which is very sad! Natasha Vos was acting on the complain and it's been since quite,the broker that has been meeting my mom and dad regular E Jordan at FNB has not been in contacted since the passing which I have left countless of messages.

I would have understand if the insurance could have called me,or told me they busy investigating the case or what so ever but it has also not been done! Im still alive,how will I trust to put my family to this insurance? I received very bad communication.
