Very angry client

i am absolutely disgusted by the service I received from Hollard! False advertising, never keeps their word. They promise to payout claims within 48hrs, well more then 25days later i'm still waiting for a response!!!! I call everyday to follow up and i'm always told its with the claims department. For how long?!!!!
