Utterly disgusted

I complained on hello peter few weeks back about Hollard Life insurance and I have not received any call from them to resolve my query they just don't care I guess it is a big company after all they don't value their client's. I tried to call after realizing that no one gives a **** about my problem but I was on hold I don't know for how long but long enough to drop the call,I have never experienced such a disgusting service ever . I work for FSP and I know exactly that there is a department that deals with complaints I guess yours they are on leave all of them,so hollard please cancel my funeral insurance and refund me all the money I paid, I can imagine the stress if I have to claim from you my heart condition won't handle your poor service so cancel bantase anyway you wouldn't care I know considering the experience I just had with you .
