Useless service and unprofessional.
I submitted a claim for my phone and realised that there is a mistake on the date i gave and when i call to rectify my mistake they take me from pillar to post. I was even asked to send affidavit to confirm but still. My mistake was INSTEAD OF 15 I PUT 12 ON THE DATE OG LOST DEVICE. Now they dony want to help me.
They also made a mistake on my Address but it seems they are perfect they don't do such mistakes. Because my mistake involve money my mistake is final. This people will never call u back if you find the person is busy.
