Useless customer service and phone operators

Wish I can give minus stars.Pathetic customer service and poor operators. 3 Days trying to sort out a problem. 2 hours staying on the line being sent from one department to the next. Answering the same stupid questions over and over again then after holding the Lin for 20 to 30 minutes the call just gets ended, and still no luck. Problem not sorted but they are quick to take your premium but no, nothing, absolutely no help whatsoever. Useless service to clients.
